Your data stays yours
What you share stays private. Your saved context stays inside your account, protected, and used only to help you — never for someone else's benefit. You sign in with Google, which tells Ask Arden your name and email address and nothing else.

Every coach is AI. Using Ask Arden does not create a professional relationship of any kind, and a coach will tell you so if you ask. Coaches can be confidently wrong; treat what they say as a starting point you check, not a verdict.
